Here are some answers to your Frequently Asked Questions.


 1.  What if I lost my agent but I want to stay with my current insurance company?

Answer:  Call us!  We're an independent agency, and our carrier lineup is always evolving.  There is a great chance that we represent your current company.  If not, we can still offer options so that if you ever do decide to shop around, you'll have a good idea of where you stand.


2.   I'm insured through Mutual of Enumclaw and I like the idea of a regional company that understands our needs here in the Northwest.  Can you help me?

Answer:  M of E is an excellent company.  However, did you know that there are other great regional companies that are committed to Oregonians as well?  Recently, through Oregon Mutual Insurance Company (McMinnville, Oregon), we helped a former M of E client save $73 per month on their home and auto package!  We also saved another home & auto client $347 per year by placing their policy through Sublimity Insurance Company (Sublimity, Oregon).  Sometimes it just pays to shop!


3.  I own a business and I need an agent that can give me coverage for several different types of insurance.  Additionally, I don't want to run all over town chasing different agents trying to find answers.  After all, I have a business to run!  What can you do for me?

Answer:  We hate that too!  Therefore, you won't get that run-around from us.  As the owner of the agency, you have my word on it.  We have been in this business far too long to mistreat our valuable clients.  When you contact our agency, you can expect these things:

a)  Unless our lines are full, a human will answer the phone.  A NICE human.

b)  When you visit us you will be treated like royalty.  Whatever image you have of a typical insurance office, forget it.  After your first visit, you'll WANT to come back!

c)  You will get personal attention from a TEAM of experienced specialists that can take care of your needs.  We will provide options and offer suggestions.  If you already have a better deal, we'll tell you.  Then we'll educate you on how you can get the most benefit from your insurance dollar.  We'll do it right.
